Patient with chest pain since over 6 months came for second opinion. Echo & Coronary Angiography already done outside reported Normal, but patient continued to remain symptomatic. We had to Re-investigate and had different findings. These too were Borderline in Nature. Eventually decided to Intervene with Gratifying Relief for Patient. Left Circumflex lesions are known to have Atypical Presentations. Here there was a Anomalous Circumflex Artery arising from R. Coronary sinus with borderline lesion, complicated by COVID-19 making decision making and therapy more challenging.
