Stent Intussusception is damage to stent during the process of Coronary Angioplasty. occurs infrequently often unrecognized with Dangerous Consequences. It may occur if Guide Catheter is sucked in or passage of Thrombosuction Catheter, Balloon, Stent or Intra-Coronary devices. If unrecognized can lead to Stent Thrombosis often early, or re-stenosis. The Coronary Angiography may seem normal, but with High End Cath Labs as at VIJAN HOSPITAL with it’s experienced Cardiologists it’s picked up and rectified making Procedure and Patient Safe.
