A 65 yrs female patient referred 250 kms north of Nashik, with Traumatic total Occlusion Of R. Leg Artery 2 days prior (Proximal Sup. Femoral Art). Conventional therapy & Manual Thrombosuction failed. Angiojet was used. ( introduced in India just 3 weeks ago for peripheral Thrombectomy, yet to be launched Commercially. Not yet Approved for Coronary Thrombosuction by DCGI (same machine).
